Customer 1st Finance always aims to make your application process as easy as possible from start to finish. We want to do the hard work for you, whilst using our expertise and panel pf lenders to give you the best chance of getting the loan result you want.



Step 1


  • We advise who Customer 1st Finance are and what we can do for YOU.

  • YOU tell us YOUR finance story so we can fully understand YOUR finance needs for today and tomorrow.

  • We confirm all information required from YOU to start your assessment. 

Step 2



  • We thoroughly assess YOUR financial situation using information provided to review YOUR current finance facilities and their effectiveness.

  • We confirm YOUR capacity to meet requested loans and take into account any future needs.

Step 3



  • Knowing YOUR financial capacity we source options from more than 30 lenders, including major banks, regional banks and specialist finance providers.

  •  We match YOUR finance needs to the most appropriate lenders to maximise the benefit for YOU.

Step 4



  • From the finance options sourced we put forward recommendations of the most appropriate finance solutions for YOU.

  • We provide full details of the solutions recommended, including interest rates, establishment costs, ongoing costs and timing to complete.

  • We address any queries you may have before making a decision.

Step 5

Decision and submission

  • With all finance recommendations now in front of YOU is time to make a decision.

  • Once made we take forward YOUR decision and submit a formal application with the chosen lender.

  • We manage the whole loan process for YOU and keep YOU fully informed along the way.

  • Upon approval, we obtain documents from the lender and walk YOU through the signing of them and return to the lender in readiness for settlement.

Step 6

Settlement (and beyond)

  • We confirm YOUR settlement date and make sure this occurs when expected.

  • We also ensure all other aspects of your finance needs are met, including bank accounts, credit cards, online banking and direct debits.

  • As we value long term relationships our contact with YOU does not end after settlement. We keep in regular contact to ensure the finance provided today continues to meet YOUR needs tomorrow, for we know situations with YOU and lenders change over time.

  • Finally, we are a referral based business and welcome the chance to help YOUR family and friends with their finance needs and appreciate any introduction to do so.
